Event Entitled ‘How to Stay Fit’
The female students of the Physiotherapy Department at the College of Applied Medical Sciences organized an event entitled "How to Stay Fit," which was held at Safiyyah bint Huiay School in Al-Awali District, Makkah. The event, which was attended by high school students and teachers, educated the attendees about the importance of maintaining good posture, choosing an appropriate chair, sitting correctly, and the rules of lifting heavy objects properly. The events also included training students on performing neck and shoulder stretches and strengthening exercises. Questions from students and teachers were welcomed.
