4 Orientation about Hospital Structures by Total Quality Management Department, including: - Mission, vision, values, and goals. - Organization structure. - Job descriptions of leaders and managers.
5 Hospital Department Assessment including: - Storeroom. - Patients Rooms (shared & isolation). - Nursing Station. - Staff room. - Corridors. - Exits and Evacuation Plan. - Emergency Codes. - Safety signs.
6 Nursing Quality Roles and Responsibilities, including: - Sentinel events reports considering quality indicators. For examples; Medication Errors – Falls rate – Infection and Bedsores Rate – Staff-to-patient ratio – Hazard Management - Accreditation process and standards
