Description of the Chair:

A scientific chair created under the supervision of Umm Al-Qura University concerned with conducting scientific research that contributes to the diagnosis and treatment of joint and rheumatological diseases.

Vision of the Chair:

Enabling Umm Al-Qura University to become a leader in conducting, supervising, and participating in performing research in the field of rheumatology in Saudi Arabia.

Mission of the Chair:

Providing an appropriate scientific environment for conducting scientific research in the field of rheumatological diseases. Giving substantive and technical support to researchers and scientists. Participating in international scientific research regarding rheumatological diseases.

Objectives of the Chair:

• Conducting, supervising, and participating in research on rheumatological diseases.
• Improving the level of care for rheumatology patients in our beloved homeland.
• Initiating and assisting in establishing a database for rheumatology patients.
• Designing, implementing, and participating in educational training programs for doctors monitoring rheumatology patients.
