Detecting all contraventions at the premises.

  • Receiving and keeping the lost items of female students and then handing them over.
  • Receiving the cases of female students who need financial support; listing those students; conducting case studies on their situations; and providing them with the necessary support.
  • Providing advice, counseling, and guidance to female students.
  • Handling the cases and contraventions incoming to the Student Support Office in accordance with the laws and bylaws of the University.
  • Submitting cases to the Deanship of Student Affairs for Student Support to be decided on.
  • Making daily tours of the facilities at the premises to follow female students up.
  • Referring the cases of female students that require direction to the female psychology specialist.
  • Holding “My Rights and Duties” event for the new female students at the premises.
  • Following up on closing all isolated vents and places at the premises. 
  • Following up on all transactions at the Office.
  • Inventorying the lost items and the university cards that have not been handed to female students.
  • Updating all the forms of the Student Support Office.
  • Developing and designing some new forms.
  • Promoting the role of the female psychology specialist at the premises.
  • Establishing a committee for discipline and investigation at the premises.
  • Following up on issuing university cards for the female students at the premises.
  • Distributing bulletin boards listing the instructions, bylaws, and laws of the University within the premises.
  • Effectuating the use of entry and exit permits for female students.
  • Making more daily tours by the female employees of the Office.
  • Providing awareness programs in cooperation with the female psychology specialist.
  • Completing transactions electronically through the administrative communication system.
  • Working with a one-team spirit in completing all transactions.
  • Organizing the work process at the University Cards Unit.
  • Limiting the entrance of female students by showing their admission notices, and accelerating the process of issuing their cards.
  • Promoting the registry concerned with receiving all the cases and transactions incoming to the Office. 
  • Following up on all cases until they come to an end.
  • Cooperating with all departments in a way that serves the educational process and the interests of female students.
  • Organizing work in field tours.
