Duties of the Medical Records Unit:

  • Opening medical files for the university affiliates and their families who are eligible for treatment at the center, using the electronic medical records system, after the affiliate fills in the data form and attaches the necessary documents
  • Keeping, classifying and indexing files in well- documented medical records and in chronological order, so that they can always be referred to for easy retrieval of required information and data.
  • Updating the medical files of auditors, and correcting, adding and reviewing the data of auditors, and reducing recurrence of files.
  • Reviewing the temporary files to ensure that eligibility requirements are met and to prepare a periodic report on their validity.
