Answer/ Upon committing a transgression by the student, a disciplinary decision is to be made regarding the student. The decision shall be estimated by the Disciplinary Committee at the Deanship of Students Affairs.
Answer/ Yes, the student has the right to challenge the disciplinary decision in accordance with article No. 65 of the University Student Rights and Duties Regulations in not more than 60 days from the date of informing the transgressor student of the decision made against them.
Answer/ The transgressor student shall not be acquitted under the pretext of his lack of knowledge of the University regulations in accordance with article No. 166 of the University Student Rights and Duties Regulations.
