The Vice Deanship of Training, under the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality, seeks to provide high quality model training programs in conformance with the international standards for training and skill development. The programs are designed on the basis of continuous and renewed studies that aim at identifying the needs of all university staff, and subsequently setting priorities and planning training programs that can meet these needs. After this, the vice deanship will evaluate the outcomes of these training programs, review the problems that have been encountered, and work on developing the content in future courses.
This will keep the process of development moving with efforts being invested in strengthening the skills of the staff in order to provide the best (educational experience) and achieve the development that the university seeks. The deanship also endeavors to consolidate the training programs that aim at advancing the competencies of the academic members, personnel, and administrators, and at enabling them to take further steps towards leadership.
This is carried out through the transfer of skills from experienced academic members, the exchange of ideas, and the promotion of technical skills, as well as through the development of training programs in partnership with prestigious training institutions.
