This unit directly reports to the Dean. It provides the Deanship with equipment and systems in coordination with relevant administrations at the University. It implements and enforces regulations, bylaws and circulars relating to administrative and financial activities. It effects the University's system of communication. It executes and follows up the orders it receives from the Deanship's administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Deanship with needed equipment and systems in coordination with relevant administrations at the University.
  • Coordinate with relevant bodies for maintenance of the Deanship's equipment and systems.
  • Implement and enforce regulations, bylaws and circulars relating to administrative and financial activities.
  • Aid in organize meetings and events inside and outside the Deanship.
  • Manage and run the Deanship's daily administrative and financial affairs.
  •  Effect University's system of administrative communications.
  • Implement and follow up the orders it receives from the Deanship's administration.
  • Participate in all executive activities relating to activities of the Deanship's units.
