This Vendors List, which is approved by the university (the General Administration of Projects), serves as a reference that demonstrates the required level of quality. It is always possible to add other vendors whose products are of a good quality that comply with the specifications set by the university. The vendors should also have at least five years experience in similar projects.
The client has the right to reject any company seeking approval if their products do not comply with the university's specifications and reference codes. All the vendors should strictly follow the instructions of the Technical Office, as the main contractor should submit their products to the consultant for them to be examined and approved according to the conditions of the contract, general requirements, and specifications. The products shall then be submitted to the University for final approval.
