The new administrative vision of the Community College aims to organize administrative work by clarifying the tasks and duties of all college employees. It also aims to eliminate the overlap of powers between employees, which may delay the completion of transactions or refer them to non-authorized personnel.

The Dean's Office organizes the administrative sequence in the college. Paperwork should not reach the dean until it has been checked by more than one employee, without affecting the speed of completion.
