Secretarial and follow-up tasks:

  • To coordinate and develop timetable of the Deanship of Library Affairs.
  • To receiving and send faxes.
  • To receive and forward the deanship emails and present its content to the departments in concern.
  • To responding to inquiries by phone.
  • To exchange information with other bodies at the university.
  • To supervise the orderliness and cleanness the Deanship of Library Affairs' offices.
  • To retrieve and sort files related to the Deanship of Library Affairs.
  • To coordinate with administrative department if requested.
  • To receive visitors and oversee hospitality services.
  • To follow up the administrative work at the library.
