Secretarial and follow-up tasks:
- To coordinate and develop timetable of the Deanship of Library Affairs.
- To receiving and send faxes.
- To receive and forward the deanship emails and present its content to the departments in concern.
- To responding to inquiries by phone.
- To exchange information with other bodies at the university.
- To supervise the orderliness and cleanness the Deanship of Library Affairs' offices.
- To retrieve and sort files related to the Deanship of Library Affairs.
- To coordinate with administrative department if requested.
- To receive visitors and oversee hospitality services.
- To follow up the administrative work at the library.
