The main tasks of the department

  • Receiving gifts from entities, institutions, and individuals.
  • Preparing letters of thanks to the donors.
  • Sending the donated books to the Department of Information Resource Organization for indexing and cataloging.
  • Providing the library donation gallery with the donated books (for free distribution).
  • Addressing entities, institutions and individuals regarding gifts and exchanges.
  • Preparing lists of gifts donated to the library.
  • Preparing a list of individual gifts.
  • Preparing a list of the donor entities.
  • Preparing a list of the recipients of the library donations.
  • Donating books to entities, institutions, and individuals.
  • Preparing packages and organizing the donation storehouse.
  • Preparing packages for books participating in international exhibitions.
  • Preparing packages for books to be given as gifts.
  • Preparing a list of information resources sent to the sublibraries.
  • Distributing consignments of borrowed books sent to branch libraries.
