First: The student's academic supervisor should communicate with the Secretary of the Scientific Committee, and submit the plan to him via the email of the committee: In light of this, a date will be set for the seminar, noting that ( the plan should be submitted in its final form five days before the date of the seminar).
Second: The student should be informed of the date the plan will be presented to the Scientific Committee.
Third: The student should present their plan, according to the defined timetable, in the presence of their academic supervisor and the members of the Scientific Committee.
Fourth: The student makes the required adjustments (if any) in light of the comments and recommendations of the Scientific Committee members, for the plan to be approved by the Scientific Committee.
Fifth: The Scientific Committee submits the student's plan to the Department Council, who nominate peer-reviewers for the plan.
Sixth: After receiving the peer-reviewers notes, the student makes the required amendments in order for the plan to be approved in its final form by the Department Council.
