Teaching Procedures and Registration Dates/Deadlines for the Second Semester of the 1442 Academic Year
Classes with a theoretical/nonpractical nature will be given online. Practical and training classes will be given in person (exceptions may apply - please refer to the respective instructor/staff).
 
Interruption of Studies: from 04 / 06 / 1442 to 10 / 06 / 1442
Suspension of Studies: from 11 / 06 / 1442 to 29 / 08 / 1442
Transfers Between Colleges or Departments: from 16 / 07 / 1442 to 29 / 07 / 1442
Withdrawing from a Course: from 01 / 08 / 1442 to 14 / 08 / 1442

  • Check the following guides to using the Rasel System to send e-mails and text messages to university members.
  • Setup and install the Microsoft Office Package for free on your computer.
  • Setup and install the Endnote Application for free on your computer.

    In line with the precautionary measures set by the university to reduce the spread of the infection, University Cards will be obtained electronically through the university's smartphone application by following the following steps: login/options/administrative services/e-card.
     

Medical and Counselling Services
 
  • To visit any of the university's medical centers, you must first register at the University Medical Center.
  • To book a remote consultation appointment with an experienced counselor (managed in strict confidentiality through Webex) offered by the Student Guidance and Counseling Center, and affiliated to the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Counseling, Guidance and Community Partnership, and the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education. Appointments are available for students from Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 2 pm. You can book here via the counselling services request forms.
