Initiatives and Projects Department

The department is responsible for putting forth ideas, initiatives and projects for putting the Deanship's strategic plan into effect. In doing so, the department aims to be an effective factor in improving and developing the University's educational outputs, in such a manner that would reflect positively on the two ends of the educational process: faculty member and student.


The Initiatives Department is divided into two divisions:

  1. Initiatives division
  2. Projects division

Duties of the Department:

  • Put forth initiatives and projects in line with the Deanship's strategic plan;
  • Form committees and work groups to develop a framework for the initiatives and projects proposed by the Deanship, and implement them;
  • Contribute to preparing the RFP of the proposed initiatives and projects; and
  • Assume any other task assigned to it.
