Functions of the Department

The Department is affiliated with the University’s Vice President for Educational Affairs; its functions can be summed up in the following: 

  • Providing operational requirements as well as supervising all educational services and following them up within:  
    • Classrooms. 
    • Educational studios.  
    • Auxiliary halls.  
    • Facilities and laboratories.  
  • Proposing and following up the implementation of the projects carried out for providing and maintaining such equipment.  
  • Maintaining classrooms, facilities, laboratories, and educational studios.  
  • Preparing the strategic plan for providing educational services for all colleges and institutes.  
  • Creating an integrated system for tools, facilities, classrooms, and educational studios at the University.  
  • Scheduling the procurement of the educational needs of colleges and institutes in coordination with the entities concerned.
