1- How does the GPA be calculated?
A- Calculating the points of each course: points of each course * the course credit hours. B- Calculating the Semester Rating: the total of the semester course points ÷ the total of the credit hours of the semester courses. C- Calculating the Cumulative Rating: the total of all the course points ÷ the total of the course credit hours.
When may an amendment request be submitted?
A- The Deanship of Admission and Registration shall be provided with a correction result form after filling all the required data via the e-archiving by the department that is providing the course.
3- How is the grade provided?
Grade (Absent) is given to the student who attended all the semester courses and was absent in the final exams only.
4- What are the procedures for modifying the grade?
The student presents an acceptable excuse to the section head in which he explains the reason of his absence from the final exam. This excuse shall be accompanied with documents proving it. If accepted, the prepared form shall be filled and sent to the Deanship of Admission and Registration in a maximum period of one semester.
5- What is the meaning of grade?
Grade average (L)means incomplete and often registers the result of research courses such as (graduation project - summer training).
6- How is the grade modified?
Grade average (L) is amended by filling its form by the course teacher and being approved by the section head and college dean and officially sent to Deanship of Admission and Registration by the end of the next semester.
What are the criteria for issuing a denial to study?
The resultof the student whose absence exceeded 30% of the total lectures of the semester is registered.
8- What is the meaning of grade?
Grade average (c)means that the course teacher did not register the result on the university system (e-services) at the set time .
9- What is the meaning of grade?
Grade average (m) means (continuous) intervention by the course teacher to continue in the next semester and is given to the annual courses such as courses of medical colleges.
What does a student internal equivalency mean?
In casethe student transforms or changes his specialization or amends his plan, the equivalence of the general courses is made automatically and then the equivalence of specialization subjects is made by the approval of the section head .
11- Are the equivalency courses calculated in the rate?
Allcourses that are equal to the internal equivalence are registered.
