Duties of the Quality and Development Unit

  1. Defining and providing information on the college page and learning about the obstacles and ambitions of the scientific departments in the field of Quality and Development.
  2. Developing annual executive plans for the quality work progress and the development programs and fields and then implementing them, after approval.
  3. Providing references and identification guides, such as the Qality and Accreditation Guide, performance indicators, and reference standards, on the college page.
  4. Implementing successive courses to spread the culture of quality and the mechanisms and requirements for obtaining academic accreditation.
  5. Measuring the extent of change in the knowledge level of the college affiliates by performing a pre and post study to measure the state of the quality culture of each of the male and female academic staff members, department heads, deputy heads, and the heads of the quality committees in the scientific departments.
  6. Evaluating the performance of the departments, supporting strengths and treating and improving weaknesses
