Registration is from 7/1/1443 A.H. to 13/1/1443 A.H.
The study starts on the first day of the academic calendar, from which time absence and attendance are recorded.
The lectures will be held in the evening starting from the fifth lecture to the twelfth lecture for the male students and from the fifth lecture to the tenth lecture for the female students.
The lectures at the branches will be held from the fifth lecture to the tenth lecture for the male students and from the third lecture to the eighth lecture for the female students.
One academic year consisting of two semesters, in which the students will study the approved courses stated in the study plan of the college they are enrolled in.
Obtaining a GPA of at least 2 out of 4 to join the evening qualifying year program, passing all the courses, and not obtaining a ‘D (deprived)’ grade in any course.
Note: The GPA which the students obtained in this year will be calculated in the total GPA.
The academic schedule is the same and fixed for each division, and the students are not allowed to delete or add courses, or amend any division.
The student will not be allowed to complete their course or take the final exam if the percentage of their absence, with or without an excuse, exceeds 25% of the total number of lectures and academic lessons. In such a case, the student will fail this course will receive a "D" (deprived) grade, and their enrollment in the program will be terminated. However, the Supervisory Committee may cancel the deprivation status and allow the student to take the exam provided that the student provides a reasonable excuse to the committee for their absence, and the percentage of their absence does not exceed 40% of the total number of lectures and academic lessons.
The student's enrollment shall be terminated in the following cases:
The student should submit a request for withdrawal to the department offering the program at the Applied College.
