«Your Voice is Heard»... It is a channel that aims at achieving the direct connection and integration between the College and beneficiaries, including students, faculty members and administrative officials.
It also work on increasing the effectiveness of the electronic communication and improving the quality of the beneficiaries’ service, in addition to addressing any complaint or note regarding the college and its different services.
Beneficiaries can submit a request in case of problem/ inquiry/ suggestion regarding the offered services.
This service aims at dealing with the submitted request through investigating them and getting back to the beneficiary with the results. The beneficiary can track the request via this service.
