Dr. Muhammad bin Jamaan Abdullah Al-Ghamdi is the Vice Dean for Educational and Development Affairs. He is a graduate of Marymount University, Virginia, in the United States of America. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in 2003, he continued his academic and educational career for a master’s degree at George Washington University in the United States of America, which he obtained in 2010. He then moved to McGill University in Canada, where he obtained his doctorate in 2016. Afterwards, Dr. Al-Ghamdi returned home to join the teaching staff of the Department of Information Science at the College of Computer and Information Systems. He was promoted to various positions until he was finally appointed as Vice Dean for Educational and Development Affairs.
The College Vice Deanship for Educational and Development Affairs directly oversees the educational process in the bachelor’s stage as well as the quality assurance process in this stage.
