College Vice-deanship Tasks:

  1. Check on the needs of the College departments in terms of technical and administrative jobs
  2. . Pinpointing the needs of the College Department regarding the specialized specialty
  3. ·Working on coordinating and facilitating the administrative work at the College departments
  4. Supervising the financial affairs and assigned trusts and their programs according to regulations and systems 
  5. Approving the demand of the governmental bodies in terms of drawing on the academic staff members in giving lectures and participating in seminars and conferences in a way that does not disrupt their university duties
  6. Submitting periodical reports to the College dean about the work flow at the units in his charge, and the difficulties they face and how to overcome them
  7. Having the College Vice-deanship act as   the Secretariat-General of the College Council with assuming the responsibility of planning its meetings in term of setting its schedules, receiving memoranda for submission to the Council from the College departments and supervising the printing of its minutes
  8. Managing the College’s administrative issues, and representing the College dean in the event he should be away, or in the event the Vice deanship should be commissioned the task 
  9. Preparing the College’s strategic plan
  10. Supervising the College’s financial affairs unit and budget for planning the College’s budget 
  11. Preparing for the needs of the College in terms of academic staff members and administrative and technical staff and their counterparts
  12. Holding the membership of the Committee supervising the appointing of teaching assistants in the College
