Awareness and Training Unit Tasks:

  1. General Awareness:  Target Group (Academic and administrative workers at the University, and students)
  2. Special Awareness:  Target Group (Users of the communication center system).
  3. Developmental awareness to improve work performance and maintain high quality.
  4. Training of system users:  (Help request service)
  5. Training system users (written conversation service).
  6. Female Students Training:   (field training).

Work Procedures:

  1. Demonstrating the services provided by the communication center.
  2. Demonstrating how to make a help request using visual presentations (target group:  from outside the University).
  3. Demonstrating how to make a help request using visual presentations through quick responses, in addition to creating statements that go in accordnce with the body mission, vision, and aims.
  4. Providing instant awareness to system users through correspondences displaying the system status.
  5. Training system users (help request service).
  • Informing new users of the system via sending an E-mail through University mail to activate the user name for the first time.  
  • Training the user on on the center system through making workshops or smart E-classes).
  • Training the users on the idea behind the system and the aim of it.
  • Training the users on how to receive the requests and how to process and monitor them.   
  • Training the users on how to respond and form prompt responses.
  • Training the users on knowledge base to benefit from it in prompt response.

6. Training system users (written conversation service).

  • Training system users (written conversation service).
  • Informing new users of the system via sending an E-mail through University mail to activate the user name for the first time.
  • Training the users on how to install the program (kayako Desktop), and how to adjust the setting of the written conversations program .
  • Training the user on on the center system through making workshops or smart E-classes).
  • Training the users on the idea behind the system and the its aim. 
  • Training the users on the ways of communication and fluency in dealing with the users to get their satisfaction by providing prompt help. 
  • Training the users on knowledge base to benefit from it in prompt response.

7- Training of female students (field training):

  • Female students of the field training are accepted at training according to letters received from their departments with the aim of having practical application of the theoretical subject in their academic syllabus.
  • Determining the training time (the number of hours) and oblige the trainers to attend according to the training plan.
  • holding training meetings to realize the training plan and qualify the trainees for the labor work in the future.
