Main Tasks :

1- Keeping record of staff attendance

2- Leave management

3- Letters and circulars preparation

4- Scheduling staff training courses

5- Follow-up on administrative transactions

6- Answering queries regarding UQU recruitment

Operation Procedures:

1- Coordinating and scheduling appointments for the center's manager

2- Copying letters and circulars issued by the center's manager

3- Supervising organization and cleanup of administrative offices

4- Retrieving and sorting out center's administration files

5- Welcoming visitors and supervising hospitality

6- Assigning administrative transactions to staff

7- Follow-up on some outgoing transactions

8- Preparing attendance and leave records

9- Preparing training records in line with job standards

10- Preparing meetings for the center's manager

11-Responding to recruitment queries; a file with all the required procedures is prepared for response.

12- Registering and forwarding job applications through the administrative communications system to the manager

13- Responding to beneficiary queries and requests as per higher administration directives

14- Keeping record of all UQU bylaws and guides
