In order to extend bridges of communication between the UQU and its employees, students, and members of society, and in order to achieve the ambitious vision of Saudi Vision 2030, Umm Al-Qura seeks to activate the intelligent communication through restructuring the call center, namely the Customer Service Center. The center aims to establish a close link between the beneficiaries and the different sectors of the university by providing the finest services with the latest means and techniques that contribute to the service of the beneficiaries, meet their needs, and answer their enquiries and comments within the framework of quality, efficiency, and speed in a modern integrated way that matches the visions and aspirations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This can take place by harnessing the latest technologies to obtain the best services suitable for Umm Al-Qura University.
