Headed by the Dean of the College of Education, Her Excellency Dr. Abeer Al-Sabban, and the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, Her Excellency Dr. Kawthar Beljoun, the Family Education Department participated in the activities of the World Teachers' Day held in the foyer of building (Y). Some of the students contributed with cakes with the inscription: "Thank You, Emissaries of Knowledge", which were shown to the audience. PowerPoint presentations were displayed featuring the theme of acknowledging the role of the teacher as well as a luminous tree showing phrases relevant to teachers. This was in addition to a mailing box carrying the name, "Maraseel", for female students to send special messages to their teachers.

The contributions were prepared under the supervision of the Department Activity Coordinator, Dr. Afaf Al-Luwayhan, and Ms. Weam Al-Sabbagh. The audience commended the department's contributions.
