During his meeting with the Dean of E-Learning and Distance Education, Their Excellencies the Vice Deans and the Director of Administration, His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, received the final report on the outcomes of the summer training program of the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education. This program has been organized for two successive years with the aim of developing the technical and social skills of the graduates. He was also briefed on the outputs that contributed to the training of university graduates and qualifying them to join the labor market.
The trainees of the summer training program offered by the Deanship of E-Learning at Umm Al-Qura University completed about 150 hours of training, with 46 courses being held in various streams. This resulted in 25 students implementing 17 projects, covering five streams. The projects dealt with digital transformation, audio recording and video shooting, static and motion designs, electronic content development, graphical interface programming, and the educational design of e-courses.
