Under the noble sponsorship of His Excellency the Dean of the Joint First Year Deanship, Dr. Sa`d bin Sa`id Al-Ghamdi, and under the supervision of Her Excellency Dr. Haifa' bint Husayn Hijazi, the Vice-Dean of the Medical and Administrative Streams in Al-Shishah, the Female Section in Al-Shishah organized a campaign entitled "Exchange the Greeting of Peace". The campaign lasted for five days, from 10 to 14 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H.

The campaign, which included more than 400 female students of Al-Shishah campus, aimed at stressing the fact that peace is one of the objectives of our monotheistic religion, and that its message is to spread peace all over the world. An activity entitled "Exchange the Greeting of Peace and Participate" was held in order to spread peace among the female students, and to make them feel happy and delighted. Student Rifal Madani, the leader of the campaign, indicated that she greatly benefited from her experience as a leader, and expressed her happiness with this campaign, which was supervised by Ms. Masha`il Al-Utaibi, as it gave her an opportunity to be a leader.
