In the context of the dissemination of knowledge, the improvement of performance, and the utilization of the academic staff's expertise in the field of training, consultation, and provision of executive diplomas, as well as within the framework of the Community College's plan to benefit the society, a cooperation agreement has been signed between the Community College and the Institute of Research and Consultation Studies affiliated to Umm Al-Qura University. The Institute was represented by its Dean, His Excellency Dr. `Ali Al-Sha`iri, and Community College was represented by its Dean, His Excellency Dr. Esam Bazir`ah.

His Excellency the Dean of the Institute of Research and Consultation Studies expressed his happiness that the Community College has become one of the Institute's units. He also pointed out the importance of the College's unique diversity of expertise, which will enhance the quality of the units' outcomes at the quantitative and qualitative levels.

He considered it the first step towards the development and upgrading of the College to the level it should reach, thereby becoming a beacon of knowledge, and a source of support for the development and progress witnessed by our country. His Excellency hoped that this agreement will be beneficial to different fields and streams.
