Administrative Development Department Announces the Names of the Male and Female Admissions to External Training Courses

Mr. Waleed bin Muhammad Saeed Simbawah, head of Administrative Development Department, extends his thanks and appreciation to His Excellence Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, the UQU President and Dr. Yasser bin Sulaiman Shosho, the Vice President of the University and head of the Standing Committee for Administrative Development, for their approval of the establishment of such external training courses. This approval comes from His Excellency's keenness and directives on the importance of training and improving the level of administrative performance of the male and female affiliates. His Excellency's decree is part of the comprehensive developmental activity that the university is witnessing in all fields. It is also part of the university's earnest endeavors to achieve its goals, fulfill its vision, and accomplish its future mission in order to be the leader in terms of its various programs and activities that are in harmony with the Saudi Vision 2030 and keeping pace with the developmental movement within the King Salman Project for the development of human resources.

The Administrative Development Department announces the names of the male and female staff admitted to the External Training Courses after His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University endorsed the minutes of the Standing Committee for Administrative Development. We ask Allah to grant success and guidance to everyone. The names of the admissions are as follows:

We would also like to clarify here some points that must be followed:

First: Apology

Anyone who wants to be excused from attending a training program must send an official letter from his employer to the Department of Administrative Development directly, including an apology and an explanation of the reasons. For briefing, the deadline for receiving letters of apology is Tuesday 28 Safar, 1440 A.H.

Second: Absence

Anyone who fails to attend the training program and does not submit a letter of apology for attendance, the decision of the Standing Committee for Administrative Development will be applied to him and he will be excluded from candidacy for the foreign training courses for two years.

Third: Tickets

The admissions shall apply to the Deanship of Academic Staff and Employees Affairs for a ticket after the issuance of the executive resolution.

Fourth: Petty cash form

The admissions shall apply for a petty cash, with a letter from their respective bodies, according to the administrative hierarchy, to His Excellency UQU Vice president, and the request shall be referred to the Financial Administration after the issuance of the executive decision.

Fifth: Payment of petty cash

For the payment of the petty cash, the following documents should be attached:

(1) Original copy of the letter of claim from the center implementing the training program. (2) Original copy of the petty cash receipt from the center implementing the training program. (3) Certificate of the training program. (4) A photocopy of the passport, indicating the entry and exit stamp for the country where the program is to take place, taking into consideration that the program execution period will be during the arrival and departure date.
