In order to achieve its objectives in supporting the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Almualim Mohammed Bin Laden Chair for Creativity and Entrepreneurship signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Wadi Makkah Tech Company. In this regard, Dr. Mahmoud Ibrahim Falatah, Head of the Chair, signed the MOU with Dr. Faisal Ahmad Allaf, CEO of Wadi Makkah, in the presence of Dr. Talal Al-Maghrabi, General Supervisor of the Saudi Startups Forum (SSF).

It should be noted that the MOU allows the two parties to cooperate in carrying out applied research, scientific meetings and various activities that reinforce the entrepreneurship system in the university and in KSA in general.

Thus, the first cooperation between the two parties was the announcement of a research session on entrepreneurship under the auspices of the Chair. This was within the framework of the Second SSF organized by Wadi Makkah.  

It is worth mentioning that this MOU is part of several activities organized by the Chair to take part in the development of the entrepreneurship sector in KSA in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. This is achieved by publishing research and organizing scientific meetings to discuss the most prominent related local and global issues.
