As a part of its training programs for teaching staff members about the tools of e-learning systems; the Deanship of E-learning and Distance Education organized a training session about the e-exams for the faculty members at the male students section on Thursday, Rajab 26, 1439H, corresponding to April 12, 2018, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. It took place in the E-learning Lab at the King Abdulla University Library in Al-Abediya. It was presented by Dr. Monzer Al-Hamzawy and Dr. Adel Bal-Sadeq from the Deanship of E-learning. The two trainers explained how to use the grading tool and the submission file. At the end of the session, they tackled the topic of the Bank of Questions.
Dr. Khaled Al-Mutairi, the Dean of the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education, pointed out that its is important for the teaching staff members to use an e-exams tool, as it allows them to exchange the paper exams of the multi-choice or essay questions with e-questions that are simply created and of multi-levels, in addition to the accurate correction and fast results. E-exams give the unique qualitative addition that includes e-monitoring inside the application for the data protection.
