On Monday, Rajab 9, 1439 AH, at 08:00 AM, the Public Relations and Media Department, under the supervision of the Deanship of University Studies for Girls, received at the female student premises in Al-Zaher the third secondary year female students of some of the schools affiliated with the education offices of the east, center, south, and west of Makkah.
The students headed for Abu Al-Ola Hall. They met with Ms. Shaza Al-Thubaiti and Ms. Hanan Shareah, employees from the Deanship of Admission and Registration, who introduced them to the mechanism of registration; the requirements for admission; the specialties available at the University; the differentiation between the qualifying and preparatory year; and how to register for the diploma.
The students further met with employees from the Vice Presidency for Female Student Affairs to learn about the rights and duties of female students. It is also worth mentioning that the students visited the “Heritage and Legacy” exhibition, which coincided with that day at Al-Jawharah Hall.
The visit yielded the desired benefit for the students in terms of helping them acquire self-experience; giving them a sense of responsibility; teaching them self-reliance; and achieving social and psychological balance for them.
