The Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education a training workshop on the use of smart board presented by Mrs. Khawla Al-Towarqi and Mrs. Mona Al-Qurashi on Monday Rabi Al-Awal 9, 1439 H corresponding to November 27, 2017, at the training hall in the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education, Al-Zahir females section. The meeting was attended by a large number of female faculty members from the different colleges and departments of the university.   

The training workshop that lasted more than two hours covered three basic themes starting from defining the concept of the smart board, its features and how to operate and install the smart board program besides learning about the main tools which help female faculty members to create interactive educational lessons. The workshop also included some educational activities which attracted the attention of the female faculty members.

After that,  the audience was practically trained on using the smartboard and their inquiries and questions were answered.  

At the conclusion of the workshop, the female faculty members expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Dean of e-Learning and Distance Education for giving them the opportunity to attend such workshops designed to raise the efficiency of the educational staff to keep pace with the technical development. They also extended their thanks to the Vice Dean of e-Learning and Distance Education Dr. Hanaa bint Abdul-Rahim Yamani for following up and supervising the workshop.
