Over the last two weeks, Dr. Saad bin Saed Al Ghamdy, Dean of Preparatory Year Deanship, held a series of meetings aiming to provide a distinguished educational context where the top priority is the interest of the students. This shall be accomplished professionally to reflect the expected image of the deanship. 

Dr. Saad Al Ghamdy initiated the meetings with a meeting with academic curricula coordinators at the male students section in Al-Abdiyah. During the meeting he urged the coordinators to pay attention to the interests of the students and to cooperate with them by resolving obstacles that may face them, and by summoning patience in guiding them. He also urged them to cooperate with the teaching staff to provide advanced academic atmosphere that yields positive consequences on the outcomes of the Deanship. 

Additionally, Dr. Saad Al Ghamdy had a meeting with the Deanship administration employees and technicians. The meeting was attended by Deanship former managing director Mr. Ahmed bin Hasan Al Sibiany, and he listened to their suggestions and answered their questions urging them to exert due efforts and work actively to serve the country and to be able to shoulder their responsibilities. 

 Dr. Saad Al Ghamdy started his meeting with welcoming the student groups representatives and the Student Consulting Council members in Al-Abdiyah. He highlighted the importance of communication between students and deanship leaders pointing out that there are different units and committees inside the deanship to serve them. He answered the questions of the students for more than one hour, and stressed the fact the official website of the deanship is the fundamental source of the students to obtain information. 

In a similar vein, Dean of Preparatory Year Deanship conducted a series of meetings through CCTV System with the female students of the Medical Course in Al-Abdiyah attended by Dr. Azza bint Mohamed Banunah, Vice-Dean for medical course.

The meetings were initiated with a meeting via CCTV system with the teaching staff at the female students section in Al-Abdiyah. Dr. Saad Al Ghamdy listened to their suggestions emphasizing the important role played with the teaching staff in creating positive impressions on the students, and providing them with the guidelines of getting acquainted with the university life and raising their awareness of the university regulations which encourage them to engage in systematic and non-systematic activities that aid them to acquire positive attitudes inside the university campus so that such attitudes be implanted within their characters.  

Another meeting via CCTV system was with Deanship employees at females section in Al-Abdiyah. During the meeting Dr. Saad Al Ghamdy commended the efforts exerted for the services of the deanship students at the medical course that aid them to achieve excellence and supremacy.

Dr. Saad Al Ghamdy's meeting with the Student Consulting Members and Student Groups Leaders via CCTV system had a positive effect on the female students as they viewed that their ambitions and aspirations are cared for by the academic and administrative deanship and that they are included in the guidelines that pave the way for the deanship ambitions over the coming period.

Moreover, Dr. Saad Al Ghamdy declared that the deanship is eamining all the suggestions and opportunities available for the deanship to prepare a comprehensive plan to order the deanship priorities over the coming period in accordance with the priorities of the Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs which is headed by Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Rashad Surojy and in the light of the strategic plan of UQU under the leadership of Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog Assas, University President.
