Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Khaled bin Yusuf Al-Barqawi, Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuous Education, the College’s Girls Section celebrated the 87th Memory of KSA National Day. The event was held on Tuesday, 6th Muharram 1439H in the presence of Dr. Zainab bint Muhammad Al-Khidr Al-Qadi (Vice-Dean of the College), Dr. Jamila bint Muhammad Salty (Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs), assistant heads of departments, in addition to a number of the College’s staff members, affiliates and students. The ceremony included many activities and events and the allocation of a mural to write words in love of the homeland.
For her part, the Vice-Dean of the College said that the celebration of the National Day is a reminder of the glorious past and an outlook for the prosperous future - God willing - for such blessed country that was chosen by Allah to hold the message of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Moreover, she commended the march of civilization and development, which continued for the country’s glory, renaissance, national unity and strength in the auspicious era of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
At the conclusion of her statement, Dr. Zainab Al-Qadi prayed to Allah, the Almighty, that the founding King Abdulaziz Al-Saud and his righteous sons shall be granted mercy for their contributions to their country. She also prayed for King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and HRH THE Crown Prince to be saved, supported, guided to the good of the country and people and rewarded. Finally, she wished that Allah would keep the Kingdom safe, secure and prosperous, and support the Saudi brave soldiers on the Southern border with victory.
