Under the supervision of the Dean of E-Learning and Distance Education, Dr. Khalid Al-Matiri, preparations for the Third Freshmen Forum have been coordinated by the Deanship of Student Affairs under the theme, "Story of Success" during 27 -29 Dhul Hijja 1438 H, corresponding to 18 - 20th Sep, 2017 at King Saud Hall in Al-Abbideya Campus.

The deanship's staff made sure to take part in the preparations, including: the vice-deans: Dr. Sultan Al-Matiri, Dr, Yasser Al-Hazmi, and Dr. Hanaa Al-Yamani (vice-dean of female students' branch).

The final coordination meeting takes place on Sunday at King Saud Hall to finalize the forum activities; and disburse the required seals to the students participating in the contests. Students who manage to score more points are to win valuable rewards.

The deanship's pavilion activities cover the below:

• Inviting visitors to enroll in the deanship's program
• Calling for students to tweet about e-learning
• Inviting students to participate in a Monopoly contest
• Inviting visitors to use VR technology and use the 3D glasses available at the deanship's pavilion
• Inviting students to participate in brain teasers

It's worth mentioning that the forum spans over 3 days at King Saud Hall in Al-Abbideya Campus (male students are to attend in the morning while female students are to attend the afternoon shift).
