Under the patronage of Dr. Salwa bint Mohammed Al-Mohmadi, dean of the Deanship of University Studies for Female Students in Rea Zakher headquarters, and in the presence of Dr. Hanna bint Jaza’a Al-Otaibi, the Deanship celebrated the 88th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ceremony was attended by the departments’ female vice-deans, faculty members, employees and a large number of female students. The ceremony kicked off with a welcoming speech delivered by Ms. Sondos Khayat, responsible for the activity in the Department of Business Administration. Then, one of the female students recited verses from the Holy Quran, and they all sang the national anthem. Dr. Salwa, then, delivered her speech in which she warmly congratulated the leadership of this blessed country for what is being provided for the citizen development and welfare. She also said that every citizen and every male and female student should take pride in Saudi Arabia's efforts in combating terrorism, and work to strengthen national identity by preserving the country's capabilities and working with sincerity and perfection to advance the country in all its fields. She concluded her speech by praying to Allah- the Almighty- to perpetuate the grace of security and safety under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful Crown Prince – May Allah bless them. After that, the College of Arabic Language in Rae Zakher participated in the festival by a scene of the glory and up to the loftiness, under the supervision of Dr. Ensaf Bukhari, and the performance of the female students of the College of Business Administration. This was followed by a national anthem sang by the female students. The English Language Department also displayed a presentation on the challenges of Saudi women, followed by a presentation by the College of Business Administration entitled Vision 2030 and the new projects. The female students in the headquarters also expressed their feelings to the homeland through poems. Afterwards, Dr. Insaf bint Zaker Bukhari, a faculty member at the Department of Literatue, delivered a poem that received the applause of everyone. After that, the winners of the competition (Pulse of loyalty to the land of love and tender) were announced. It was held by the College of Business Administration among the female students. The Student Activity Unit had also participated by operetta in the National Day of Glory and Loftiness, following which Dr. Salwa Al-Mehmadi inaugurated the departments’ booths participating in the celebration that was held in the sports arena of the headquarters. At the end of the ceremony, she praised all the participants in the celebration and the organizers.
