On-the-Job Training Center
The center was established in 1975 at the College of Educational in Makkah.
Objectives:
1- To provide the trainees with educational, practical and administrative knowledge for good educational performance.
2- To improve the skill levels of educators such as teachers, principles, counselors, etc, at all levels of general education, and fulfill the principle educational continuity to develop the scientific culture of society.
3- To study the obstacles that reduce productivity levels, particularly in schools and other educational organs.
4- To raise the spirits of educators when they feel that they have achieved success and proper knowledge in their respective fields.
Training sessions are conducted by the teaching staff of the various departments of the College of Education, or from outside the university.
The Center holds two types of sessions:
a: Long-term sessions (two or three semesters).
b: Short-term sessions (one semester).
