The summary
Firstly: Introduction:
The first set of the basic education stage is considered the base of instructional system which present the bases of the national culture and personality for pupils and enable them to develop their abilities and to participant in developing their nation .
As regard to process of science subject in the first set of the basic education stage we see that care about achievement cognitive components and some of laboratorial skills or scientific tends and attitudes but it doesn’t care about developing the Cooperative Attitudes, through the science subject available various chances for team learning which increase of cooperation soul among pupils, despite developing the Cooperative Attitudes is a general aim of science subject objectives in this set .
There teaching approaches which is appeared in depending on team work in teaching through organize classrooms in educational situations give learners different cognitive, affective, and psychomotor experiences and appeared of these approaches “ the Instructional Games ”.
The present study tends to recognize on the effect of using the Instructional Games in science teaching on developing the Cooperative Attitudes for the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage .
Secondly: The Study Problem:
There is necessity for developing the Cooperative Attitudes for the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage and it is general object of the stage objectives and science subject .
It is clear that the study problem is in loss science subject to teach approaches which develop the Cooperative Attitudes for the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage . The researcher faces the study problem with attempt the answer on the next question :
What is the effect of using the Instructional Games in science teaching on developing the Cooperative Attitudes for the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage ?
This question ramificate to the following ramification questions :
- What are the appropriate Instructional Games to study the science subject for the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage ?
- How can shape form tow choosen units “ The Energy _ The Magnetism and The Electricity ” of the science book for the fifth grade in the basic education stage by using the Instructional Games ?
- What is the effect of teaching the two choosen units “ The Energy _ The Magnetism and The Electricity ” by using The Instructional Games on developing the Cooperative Attitudes “ the Cooperative Attitudes generally – Participant – Supporting – Valuing – Communication – Sensation in Responsibility ” for the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage ?
Thirdly: The study Importance:
Using the Instructional Games in science teaching to develop the Cooperative Attitudes for the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage is very important to both :
- Curriculum Founders : In respect of :
a) Instigate them to find the teacher guide to appear using the Instructional Games in science teaching .
b) Push them to interest to care for the Cooperative Attitudes about design of the curriculums and aims of the science subject .
- Departments of Curriculums and Methodology in Faculties of Education and Educational Research Institutes and Centers :
In respect of pushing them to develop using the Instructional Games to obtain the aims of science teaching in the first set of the basic education .
- Supervisors and Teachers Training Centers during Service : In respect of :
a) The useful of using the Instructional Games in science teaching in putting the train programs for teachers to develop their teaching performance .
b) Notice of supervisors to interest in developing the Cooperative Attitudes for learners and make it in consideration of evaluation the teachers’ performance .
- Teachers : In respect of :
a) Notice them to interest in developing the Cooperative Attitudes for learners .
b) The useful of using the Instructional Games in developing the Cooperative Attitudes for learners .
Fourthly: The study Limitations:
In short the study Limitations are the following :
- Group of the proporate Instructional Games for teaching Two units “ The Energy – The Magnetism and The Electricity ” from the science book on the fifth grade in the basic education stage .
- Two units “ The Energy – The Magnetism and The Electricity ”from the science book on the fifth grade in the basic education stage .
- Sample of the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage in Faqus management in Sharkia governorate and it divides into :
a) Experimental Group : it consist of 70 pupils from boys and girls in Primary Abo–Radwan School in El –Salhia it studid two choosen units by using the Instructional Games .
b) Control Group : it consist of 70 pupils from boys and girls in Primary Al –Horria No.2 School in El –Salhia it studid two choosen units by using the Traditional Approach .
- The Cooperative Attitudes for the fifth grade pupils in the basic education stage .
Fifthly: The study Tools:
The researcher repaired the following study Tools :
- Group of the Instructional Games .
- The teacher guide .
- Measure of the Cooperative Attitudes .
Sixthly: The study Procedures:
The study procedures included the following :
- Limitate the proporate Instructional Games to teach Two units “ The Energy – The Magnetism and The Electricity ”from the science book on the fifth grade in the basic education stage through reading references, studies, previous researches and the content of science subject .
- Review the form of two choosen units in order to suit using the Instructional Games in science teaching .
- Prepare the teacher guide for teaching two choosen units by using the Instructional Games in science teaching .
- Prepare measure the Cooperative Attitudes .
- Choice the study sample of the fifth grade in the basic education stage and its divide into two group ;experimental and control .
- Apply the Cooperative Attitudes measure on the study sample firstly .
- Execute the study experiment .
- Apply the Cooperative Attitudes measure on the study sample secondly .
- Observe the pupils degrees especially in the Cooperative Attitudes measure .
- Analysis the result and explanation to it .
- Present the recommendations and suggestions .
Seventhly: The study Hypotheses:
The researcher shaped the study hypotheses as follow :
- There are no significance differences between the degrees average of the experimental group which studied the Instructional Games and the degrees average of the control group which studied the Traditional Approach in the Cooperative Attitudes generally .
- There are no significance differences between the degrees average of the experimental group which studied the Instructional Games and the degrees average of the control group which studied the Traditional Approach in the Participant distance .
- There are no significance differences between the degrees average of the experimental group which studied the Instructional Games and the degrees average of the control group which studied the Traditional Approach in the Supporting distance .
- There are no significance differences between the degrees average of the experimental group which studied the Instructional Games and the degrees average of the control group which studied the Traditional Approach in the Valuing distance .
- There are no significance differences between the degrees average of the experimental group which studied the Instructional Games and the degrees average of the control group which studied the Traditional Approach in the Communication distance .
- There are no significance differences between the degrees average of the experimental group which studied the Instructional Games and the degrees average of the control group which studied the Traditional Approach in the Sensation in Responsibility distance .
Eighthly: The study Results:
The study Results are as follow :
- There are significance differences between the degrees average of the experimental group which studied the Instructional Games and the degrees average of the control group which studied the Traditional Approach in the Cooperative Attitudes generally for the experimental group.
