1-Employees database: This database includes most of the information on the university employees, including personal information. Educational qualifications, positions they occupy, and training courses they have attended.
2- The teaching staff database: This database includes most of the information on the university staff members, including personal information. Educational qualifications, academic positions, and teaching loads un each semester.
3- Training courses database:
This database includes all the training courses and programs that are needed by the employees of the university according to the general groups of positions described in the sixth chapter of the Categories of Governmental Posts in the Civil Service, issued by the Ministry of Civil Service in 1414.
4- The database on the training courses presented by the Institute of Public Administration: This database includes the training courses and programs that are provided by the Institute in its different branches. This database is used for planning the strategies that aim at helping the university's employees to enroll in the programs that suit the nature of their work.
5. The students' database: This database includes the numbers of male and female students who have joined the university since 1984 to-date. It is used in building models to predict the numbers of students who will be admitted in the coming years according to the actual needs of the society and the resources of the university. It therefore helps in building sound admission strategies.
6. The academic programs database: This database consists of all the academic programs in the university according to the academic plans of the different departments. The Center uses this information in writing the students' academic guide.
